About Drew Kitchen
Drew Kitchen brings over a decade of hands-on experience in the construction industry. He earned his Civil Engineering degree from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, where he developed a strong technical foundation and practical, real-world approach to building.
Drew began his career working on project teams managing high-rise construction in downtown San Francisco, gaining valuable experience on complex, large-scale projects. He later transitioned into tenant improvement work, where he found a passion for fast-paced environments that demand precision, coordination, and creative problem-solving.
Driven by a genuine passion for building, Drew focuses on efficiency, constructability, and thinking outside the box to deliver high-quality projects while minimizing disruption and maximizing value for clients. His blend of engineering expertise and practical field experience shapes the way Kime Builders approaches every project.

About Billy Messori
Billy Messori brings a well-rounded perspective shaped by experience in both the commercial real estate and construction industries. He began his career working with reputable commercial real estate brokerage firms, where he developed a strong understanding of the ownership, leasing, and the decision-making side of projects.
Billy later transitioned into the construction side of the business, working for a tenant improvement contractor before co-founding Kime Builders. This experience allows him to bridge the gap between brokers, owners, and project teams, helping projects move efficiently from deal-making through execution.
He holds an Economics degree from the University of Washington, which helps broaden the ownership team’s skill set with a strong financial and market-driven perspective. Known for being extremely well connected within the industry, Billy leverages his relationships to create opportunities and deliver value for clients and partners alike.
